The packing has begun. On 18 September three of us are off to a long long weekend in Barcelona. We rented a cute Airbnb, not exactly in the middle of the city, but it looked cute and was reasonably priced. We have arranged to take a cooking class with a market tour, and I’ve mapped out a bunch of chocolatiers to visit.  We are so looking forward to the food, culture, art and Gaudi and well just vacation.  During our visit, the Merce festival is going on, so we got lucky with our timing and will see human towers, people dressed up as devils, paper mache  figured and fire throwing. Sleep will have to happen when we return.
