The first trip of 2019 will be to New Zealand and Australia with about 18 people in the Viking Ocean Cruise ship the Orion. Our plane departs Philadelphia on Feb 22 an we arrive in Auckland on Feb 24.  We return to the US on March 13.  Our trip will include some of the following adventures:

• City of Auckland – Rangitoto Island
• Rotorua Geothermal  mud pools, hot springs and the Maori culture
• Napier
• Wellington
• Christchurch and a visit to the Southern Alps
• Wellington and maybe a seal colony
• Dundin
• Tasmania and a wildlife sanctuary
• Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road, 12 apostles and kangaroos and koalas
• Sydney
• Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef

Some of us have traveled together and some have not. We look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.
